About the Class

Yin is a quiet practice of long-held floor poses that are deeply nourishing. This practice offers the opportunity to find a profound release of tension in the body's deeper-lying tissues and can significantly increase one's range of motion. In yin, we use props—blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps. -Open levels.

Special Instructions

If you arrive late to class, you must wait until after the opening AUM to enter. If you need to leave early, you must do so before savasana. This is about respecting the container we're creating together-one that starts and ends in quiet presence.
