Move. Breathe. Feel Better. This 4-week series is designed just for kids. It's a space to stretch out, slow down, and tune in. Each class blends simple yoga postures, breathing techniques, and playful movements to help kids build strength, focus, and confidence. Led by Trish Hilbert, the in-house yoga teacher for Tonawanda City Schools, this series meets kids where they're at. No pressure, no competition-just a weekly reset to help them feel more grounded in their bodies and calm in their minds. Kids bring mats, and parents are welcome to stay. The series requires a minimum of 5 students to run. If the minimum is not met, the series will be canceled, and you will be fully refunded. Non-refundable after the series begins
