You can expect a very breath focused class. We will start out in meditation and a breathing exercise. I find this to be the most important as we take time to slow down and focus on ourselves. We will then slowly start to move and connect our breath. There will be lots of options given to wherever you may be either new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I focus on anxiety, stress, depression, emotional balance, and so much more. You can expect to have a work in rather than a work out.
