Grounded on Glen St.
For as long as I can remember I have found an extreme connection with the offerings found in nature. Always finding myself able to destress and find balance while hiking, paddling, or just exploring in the ADKS. With the busy life of raising a family as my top priority. Carving out time to get into nature became more and more difficult as the years passed. Luckily I stumbled across a the path of Yoga. In 2019 Yoga became no longer a exercise. Yoga became my outlet! I used classes to build strength in my body and mind, while also fueling me to take a look at how, I wanted to live out my life. Building a community of like minded individuals was inspiration. I dove deep into practice and finding peace came as a result of that. Adding on a teaching certification to my practice was something, I just did! Not sure if teaching would be in my plan at all. My passion for what is offered by this great gift of Yoga is bottled up in me and the cork has popped...... I love to flow! Something about the connection of breath and movement makes me elated. When you find yourself on your mat in one of my classes, you should expect a flow that allows a flush of what's no longer serving and an intake of all that could be good and true. Somedays slow and steady. Other days fast flows will allow the instant ignition of your own fire. Whichever class ends up being where you find find yourself, it will be exactly where you need to be. Preparing yourself for all the beauty and beast's this world offers.
