This slower-paced vinyasa class invites you to find both strength and serenity as you flow with intention through each posture. **Experience Level:**  Beginner friendly, with modifications offered for all practitioners. Perfect for those new to yoga or experienced students seeking a more mindful approach to their practice. **Temperature:**  Gently heated to 95°F, creating the perfect environment to safely open the body while maintaining a sustainable pace. **What to Expect:** - Thoughtful sequencing that builds gradually and purposefully - Extended holds to develop strength and awareness - Emphasis on breath-to-movement connection - Dynamic movements at a controlled, accessible pace  - Opportunity to explore postures with greater attention to alignment - A balanced practice that offers both challenge and restoration **Benefits:** - Improves body awareness and mindfulness - Builds sustainable strength and flexibility - Reduces stress and promotes relaxation - Creates space for a deeper mind-body connection - Accessible way to experience the benefits of heated yoga **Please bring:** Water bottle, towel, and an open mind. *Cancellation policy: 4 hr cancellation window.
