Previous experience with either yoga or Pilates is helpful but not required. **Temperature:** Room temperature, creating a comfortable environment for focused movement and controlled breathing. **What to Expect:** - Flowing sequences that incorporate yoga postures and Pilates principles - Strong emphasis on core engagement and proper alignment - Precise, controlled movements with attention to form and breath - Yoga-inspired stretches enhanced by Pilates-based stability work - Mindful transitions that build both strength and mobility - Props and modifications to support your unique body **Benefits:** - Develops deep core strength and stability - Improves posture and body awareness - Enhances flexibility while building functional strength - Creates long, lean muscle tone - Reduces stress through mindful movement - Promotes balance between strength and flexibility - Offers comprehensive conditioning for the entire body **Please bring:** Water bottle, comfortable clothing that allows for movement, and a willingness to connect with your core.
