Hannah is a RYT 200 hr certified yoga instructor, pediatric nurse, and lifelong student of movement and healing. Hannah discovered yoga at a young age as a complement to her ballet training, but over the years, it’s become so much more—a grounding spiritual practice and a way of life. By day, Hannah work’s as a nurse at a children’s hospital and is currently pursuing an advanced degree in nursing. Her passion for care extends beyond the hospital and into the yoga studio, where she guides students to connect breath with movement and build both physical and inner strength. When Hannah’s not teaching or studying, you’ll find her out in nature with her dog, exploring the Adirondacks and finding balance in the quiet moments. Hannah believes yoga isn’t just a “work out”—it’s a “work in.” Her classes are designed to challenge you, support your growth, and help you discover the strength you already carry, both in your body and your mind.
