Led by Bonnie Lee, RYT500 & Lead Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Private prenatal sessions offer an opportunity for a more unique and personalized practice without the time constraints of a group class. Some people may wish to attend private classes instead of/ or in addition to the group setting. For your session. *We will spend time getting to know your individual needs and preferences whether they be medical or personal *You will have the opportunity to voice your needs and requests so we can work to tailor each session to you! * You will be shown how to safely use props and adapt poses for your current trimester, body type, yoga experience, etc. *We will provide space for you to connect to your changing body and your growing baby *We will provide opportunities to reset the nervous system to calm the mind. Typically, we will practice breathwork, meditation, and asana, All will be adapted as needed. Sessions last for 75 minutes.
