This class is designed to help students slowly stretch tight muscles and loosen stiff joints. Students will be lead into a variety of gentle yoga postures and stretches with emphasis on alignment, creating stability, and gaining flexibility. This class is great for beginners, people with physical limitations, anyone looking to take it slow and easy or just get a good stretch.
THIS CLASS RUNS ONLINE VIA ZOOM. SIGN UP AT LEAST 60 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS to ensure you get the link on time. If you cannot attend at the time of class, you can still sign-up for the class and we will send you the recording that will be available to watch for three days. You DO NOT need to let us know that you will not be attending the live online class. If you do not “show -up” for class, we will automatically send you a link of the recorded class within 30 minutes of the end of class. Please complete this checklist before your first online class. Sign-up for the class you want to take (you will need to set-up and account and pay to sign-up) Download the Zoom Meetings App on the device you will be watching on. Be sure you have a good internet/data connection. IMPORTANT! Be sure you have ALL email notifications TURNED ON in your Yana Yoga/Wellness Living profile (log-in to your account, go to “My Profile”, select “Notifications”) or you will not get the email with the link. You will receive an email with a link to join the class 5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
