Yana Yoga currently offers yoga and yoga teacher trainings,
meditation, reiki energy healing, and assisted stretching for deep
release. At Yana Yoga we aim to create a welcoming non-competitive
environment for our yoga classes. We encourage our clients “to be
where they're at” and go from there. To listen to their inner
wisdom, but to stay open to what our teachers may offer. We have
classes for beginners through moderate/intermediate (not
advanced).
