Located in Middleburgh, New York; Lucianna teaches virtually
from her private studio space and in person throughout Schoharie
County. (The schedule you see here through Wellness Living are all
virtual classes.) She is a yoga and meditation teacher with over a
decade of practice, teaching, and study. Through mindful movement,
meditation, and journaling she facilitates self discovery and
guides students in reconnecting with their inner wisdom. 
In each class she offers a space
to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen inward. Her classes are
intentionally crafted to be grounding, accesible, and nourishing;
they're a place to land in a fast-moving world. Her teaching draws
from the quieter lineages of yoga, where deep transformation
happens not through force, but through softening and
listening. 
Her vision was created with the
intention of helping people find their inner harmony. Her classes
are a space for practice, reflection, and meaningful connection: to
self, to community, and to something greater.
