This Basic Flow is great for all levels of yoga experience and the perfect way to add ease and energy to start your weekend. The class will start with breathwork and meditation, followed by gentle warm-ups, standing sequences to build strength and flexibility, options for backbends to open the heart, and finish with quiet yin poses to calm and center the mind. You'll feel so refreshed, calm and peaceful.
