About the Class

A warm, vigorous, alignment-based vinyasa flow is slower than the typical vinyasa. A slower flow is often more challenging, building physical and mental strength and requiring focus.   A guided meditation and breath work will start the class and will flow into   a strong standing sequence. Occasional arm balances—and how to prepare and achieve them with modification options—and inversions (handstand, headstand, and shoulder stand) will be taught, breaking them down for all levels to experience the health benefits.   Suitable for all levels who have some yoga experience. There is no pressure to keep up, take rest when needed.
