HIIT Pilates is a low-impact, high-energy class inspired by Pilates Principles to build muscle, tone up and increase stamina. It's a full body workout with highlights like glute bridges, abs abs abs and a taste of interval training. Expect short bursts of high intensity exercises that focus on stabilizing, strengthening, and toning the whole body - all while moving (and sweating) to the music. Props include resistance bands, weights, blocks or a variety of easily attainable props (small weights or soup cans, blocks or books, etc) All are optional. All levels are welcome.
