Burn LAB Pilates (Legs, Arms/Abs, Butt) will challenge your body’s different energy systems and address common physical imbalances due to modern lifestyles. You can expect a total body workout that includes active muscle engagement using Pilates principles, vigorous movement, and bursts of high intensity exercises and metabolic rollercoasters.
