Kristina’s Kundalini classes are designed to awaken and elevate the “kundalini energy” through the spine, helping to expand consciousness and achieve a harmonious balance of the mind, body, and spirit. Each class includes a mudra (hand gesture), a pranayama (breathing technique), and a meditation, all aimed at deepening the practice and fostering a deeper connection to one's inner energy.
