Breath work and meditation are one of the most powerful healing tools to bring your body into union with your spirit and offer coherence to your being. It is an instrumental compliment to your existing yoga practice if you have one and also can be a doorway to movement and feeling more alive in your body. In these session we’ll work with different breath techniques and focus our meditation on client specified themes.
