Spring is here! Now is the perfect time to shake off the heaviness of winter and make space in the body for growth and transition. In the HIIT Yoga Spring Sequence class we focus on creating inner heat to clear stagnant energy followed by grounding poses to open and create balance in the body. You get the best of both worlds, half HIIT and half yoga. The class begins with a warm up, followed by a quick 30 min HIIT workout moving through poses like chair twist, goddess, and planks. Once we have created inner heat with the muscles, we ground ourselves with deep stretches and finish with a refreshing savasana. This practice provides deep stretching, increases strength and cardiovascular endurance. Leave class feeling energized and refreshed.
