* All Levels Welcomed * Yin yoga is a practice of tuning into ourselves as we go into deep stretches that help release connective tissue. Yin is a great way to improve joint mobility and to help the energetic flow of our bodies. We hold stretches for longer periods of time, allowing the body to release stress and tension. This practice is an introspective practice that offers a chance to turn inwards and nurture our calm, quiet center. It is a practice in stillness, patience, and non-reactivity.
