About the Class

Yin yoga is a slow, cooling style of yoga. Poses, or “shapes”, are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing for lengthening and deep release. This class will help yogis explore flexibility, awareness, and balance in the mind and body. This class is beginner friendly and welcomes every body.

Special Instructions

We require preregistration for all of our classes, workshops and events.  CANCELLATION POLICY Regularly scheduled classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before they begin. Workshops and events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before they begin. Please note, if we do not have sufficient sign up for a class or an event we will cancel the class or event 2 hours before it begins.
