beginners. it is proper class for recovry from injurys or mecical
recovery. It bredges between physical therapy and general yoga
level of classes.  it is much personal attention for each
needs.  We offer the both inperson and online class.  We
take by appointment and interview for health  screening

Online - Adult group 15 classes- For online classes only

Online - Adult group 10 classes package For online classes use only

A Single session online or in-person for adult yoga group class

In Person - Adult group 6 classes package for in-person use only

This is for new to the center.  use in 1 month. 

2 trial group class package for New to the center Only

This is for in-person and virtual group classes for Yoga / Pilates / Tai-chi. Expire by 14 weeks after the 1st. class. 

In person Yoga/ Pilates 10 class package for group class #2

For In-person at the center. it is good for the student who comes 2 and 3 times a week ( 10-12 times A month).  Expire 14 weeks.
