About the Class

This yoga series consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room.  Because of the predictability of the class, this is a great option for beginners (or people who like repetition). Each posture stretches and strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. The postures also stimulate the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to the body and restoring systems to healthy working order. The heat accelerates the healing process by warming the muscles and increasing circulation, flexibility and balance while enhancing mental clarity and focus.
