26&2 bikram YOGA 75(Self-Practice with Music) This 75-minute class follows the traditional 26&2 Bikram Yoga sequence in a heated room, allowing you to move through the practice with fewer verbal instructions and a more meditative atmosphere. Relaxing yoga music plays softly in the background to help you settle into your breath, focus, and flow. Designed for students with some Bikram Yoga experience, this class offers the opportunity to deepen your practice, build self-awareness, and move at a steady pace while still benefiting from the structure of the original sequence. Most postures are practiced twice, just as in the traditional 90-minute class, while maintaining a smooth and efficient 75-minute format. HOTYOGA YORKTOWN  HOT ROOM ETIQUETTE & SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT To help create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants, I acknowledge and agree to the following: • Arrive hydrated and prepared for class. • Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Rentals may be available. • Arrive on time. Studio doors generally open approximately 15 minutes before class. • Listen to your body. Rest when needed, modify when appropriate, and honor where you are today. • Heated classes may range from approximately 90°F to 105°F. Stay mindful of hydration and communicate with your instructor if you feel unwell. • Follow the instructor's guidance. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, managing a medical condition, or need modifications, please let your instructor know. • Use all equipment—including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, sliders, Bala Bangles, yoga props, and other equipment—in a safe and controlled manner. • Choose weights, resistance, and exercise intensity that are appropriate for your experience and physical condition. • The hot room is a quiet space. Please refrain from unnecessary conversation before, during, and after class. • No phones, smart watches, or electronic devices during class unless authorized by the instructor. • From time to time, HotYoga Yorktown may take photographs or videos during classes, workshops, and special events for use on social media, our website, email communications, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let a staff member know and we will gladly respect your wishes. • Leave bags and personal belongings in designated storage areas. • Clean mats and equipment in designated cleaning areas, not inside the hot room. • Stay for the full class experience, including Final Savasana, whenever possible. • Be respectful of the space, the practice, the instructors, and those practicing around you.
