Manon is a Certified Yoga instructor, CYT 200, Yoga practitioner for many years. Licensed independent psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience. Specializes in trauma therapy Licensed Chemical Dependency therapist and Owner of Awareness to Wellness Therapy. Outside of her work, she loves outdoor activities that connects her to mother nature and she loves traveling. Manon started her Yoga journey with the Sivananda lineage of the Vedanta Center in Toronto and later on was trained on the RajaYoga lineage of the Himalayan Institute in Buffalo. Completed teacher’s training with Kevin J. Karas, Holistic Educator, CEO, and President of Elevate Akron, and Board governance Manager of Yoga Alliance.
