About the Class

This breath-to-movement vinyasa flow yoga class is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. Modifications will be offered to create an experience that is equal parts challenging and accessible. 

Special Instructions

What to Bring: Bring your yoga supply usuals - mat, water, journal and a towel. Don't worry we've got extras if you leave something at home. Most important, bring an open heart and mind.  What to Wear: Comfortable Clothing: Wear breathable, stretchy clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Layers: Consider bringing a light sweater or blanket if desired.  Before the Class: Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Light Meal: Have a light meal or snack at least an hour before class to avoid discomfort. Arrive Early: Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and be ready when class starts.  During the Class: Listen to Your Body: Move at your own pace and modify poses as needed. Breathe: Focus on deep, steady breaths. Pairing breath with movement. Stay Present: Try to keep your mind focused on the practice and let go of external distractions. After the Class: Cool Down: Take a few moments to rest and absorb the benefits of your practice. Hydrate Again: Drink water to rehydrate your body. Reflect: Spend a few minutes reflecting on how you feel and any insights gained during the practice. Maybe jot a few thoughts down in your journal to reflect on later.
