Peace in Power Yoga
Peace in Power is excited to introduce Chelsea Uselton! Chelsea will be teaching mat pilates. Pilates is yoga’s cousin and just like yoga it combines intensity and relaxation to provide students with improvements in metabolic function, flexibility, core strength, digestion and overall renewed energy and vitality. Chelsea’s enthusiasm for Pilates started in college when she noticed she stood taller, was stronger in her core and had longer leaner muscle tone after only a month of consistent, 20-minute workouts. She’s now an experienced Pilates instructor and loves sharing the benefits of pilates with students looking to get in shape, stay in shape, sculpt muscles, or just experience overall benefits for the mind and body. In addition to sharing her gifts as a pilates instructor, Chelsea shares her warm, loving energy with students at Ashland Middle School, where she’s worked for 15 years. She is also a mother, wife, pet-lover, snowboarder and an adventurous foodie!
