Hi, I’m Nikki, and I’m excited to be here! My fitness journey started in 2013 and has changed and evolved throughout the years. My mindfulness journey started in 2016 when I took a yoga class in college and I saw the value of the mind body connection. My oldest son was born in 2019 and I found a new rhythm of home workouts while navigating motherhood. Incorporating mind, body and spirit is a goal in my every day life and my hope is to share these skills with others! During this body weight class, you will push through the limits of yourself to find your balance and build your strength. Join me as we take this journey to freedom together!
