Bob is a lifelong resident of Massillon. He attended Kent State University and graduated with the degree Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Studio Art - painting, drawing, and printmaking. He still paints and submits work to local shows. Bob began practicing yoga in 2001 at Sampoorna Yoga Center. He has completed three 200-hour teacher training certification programs, a 300-hour certification program with Mike Curtis, and is certified to teach chair yoga. Bob has been instructing Yoga classes since January 2009. He currently teaches a gentle/moderate level class at The Yoga Place at 9:30am on Tuesdays.  From May to October, Bob offers a donation-based outdoor yoga class at Witwer Park. Bob does not teach with goats, cats, alpacas, or any other animals.
