About the Class

Treat your mind, body, and soul to a mini vacation. In this gentle, slow-moving class we will gently stretch our muscles releasing muscular tension as well as tension in our minds. We will match movement with breath and focus. This help relieve stress and promote mind-body awareness. This practice is open to ALL levels. Accessible to all levels, experienced yogis who are looking to slow down, those newer to yoga or those working with special concerns or injuries.
