About the Class

In this weekly class, we will begin with some basic Qi Gong and Yoga exercises.  Qi means “energy” Gong means “work” or “movement” After getting the energy flowing in our bodies, we will move into intention setting, breath work and a combination of guided meditation and quiet meditation. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators as we will move from basic to more complex as the class desires.
