Using a combination of research-based approaches and gentle yoga, we will explore the ways yoga, stretching, movement, and breathing techniques can support the lymphatic system and general wellness. This class has been designed with breast-cancer survivors in mind, but is suitable for anyone interested in lymphatic flow. We will also touch on the use of affirmations, guided visualization, mindfulness, restorative yoga, and other related topics to enhance your learning experience.
