Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She completed Yoga Teacher Training through the Yoga Place and Brahmrishi Yoga School in 2017. Recently in 2022, Sarah earned an Ayurveda Wellness Coach certification through The Shakti School with Katie Silcox. Sarah also currently holds an Early Childhood Ohio Teaching License, and has been teaching in many capacities for 21 years. Beginning her teaching as an elementary school teacher, she's shifted her educational focus to her 3 sons whom she homeschools. Sarah is on the board and teaches at a homeschool co-op, Collage Cooperative. In every educational setting she leads, Sarah's priority is to help the students feel welcome, important, safe and worth connecting with. Sarah offers gentle and moderate yoga classes at Yoga Central, as well as womens' circles, kids' classes and intergenerational classes.
