About the Class

Join our beginner-friendly, 60-minute class that blends the principles of a basic movement-based yoga practice with the calming practice of restorative yoga. We will begin with a gentle flow to warm up the body, introducing basic postures that promote strength, flexibility, and balance. As we transition into restorative practices, you'll be guided into supportive poses that we settle into for minutes at a time to encourage deep relaxation and mindfulness, allowing both body and mind to unwind. Props are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and you’re more than welcome to bring your own from home as well! Whether you're looking to relieve stress, improve your flexibility, or simply find a peaceful moment in your day, Gentle Flow & Restore is the perfect space to connect with your breath and cultivate inner calm. All levels are welcome, and we look forward to sharing this restorative experience with you!
