Hot Power Basics is a strong yet approachable flow designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence in a heated room set to approximately 100°F. This class introduces the foundations of power-style yoga at a steady, intentional pace, allowing students to focus on proper alignment, breath, and safe transitions. Expect a thoughtfully sequenced flow that links movement with breath, incorporating standing postures, strength-building poses, and simple balances. Time is given for clear instruction, modifications, and optional challenges, making this class accessible while still energizing. This class is ideal for students new to heated yoga, those returning to their practice, or anyone looking to build strength in a supportive, guided environment. All levels welcome. Hydration recommended. **Please note: Classes must be canceled at least 2 hours prior to start time to avoid forfeiting the class credit.**
