About the Class

Love your Noggin’ is a gentle class where we will explore breath and dynamic movement. We'll increase circulation in areas that can get extra tight and crunchy if you experience migraines and headaches -- think face, shoulders, neck, and spine. This slow-paced, spacious feeling class includes poetry, music, and rest. You don't have to have headaches to join us, but if you do, these practices can help unwind some of the chronic tension you might be carrying.
