What is a BALANCED YOGA PRACTICE?
At first, we get to
know our bodies, minds, and breath.
With time, we can discern what sort of movement (or
stillness) our bodies require today.
Coming home to yourself is remembering that your inner
world is just as important as your physical body. It’s rejecting
the idea of the ordinary and the routine and instead syncing
yourself with your own rhythm. It’s a vinyasa class on the days
your need to feel strong and a restorative class on the days you
need deep rest. It’s a yin class when your joints need some TLC and
a slow flow class when you need a little bit of everything.
 
Befriending yourself, taking care of
yourself, is doing the good work.
From this place of self love we can begin
to take care of our communities.
 
Join us for vinyasa flow, slow flow, restorative, yin,
meditation, and creative hybrid classes.
We also offer a wide variety of special classes,
trainings, and workshops.
 
We promote self love and self care, meeting you just
where you are, and we invite you to move in the ways that you need
to. Your body is unique and amazing and you don’t need to
be a stereotypical “yoga person” to fit in.
