Ashtanga Yoga, a dynamic, powerful, toning class where postures are held for a longer period of time to promote awareness to alignment and effective muscle development. When we flow a series of postures together with the Breath; that's known as Vinyasa Yoga. Both styles are useful at challenging the Ego and fostering temperance. We do not promote pushing yourself over the edge ~ that doesn't produce positive physcial results. You get to explore yourSELF in this class.
