About the Class

Ease into your practice with gentle movements that warm your body. Move onto standing postures with a focus on alignment and modifications. We will start on the ground, move to standing, and return to the ground for the end of practice. This non-heated class is for students that need a slow moving practice, students recovering from injury, or students that may just enjoy an easier pace or more mindful movement.   Non-heated. Temperature kept between 72-76 degrees.
