Just like the non-heated version, this vinyasa yoga class welcomes students of various experience levels from beginner to advanced, offering a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Students engage in a series of postures, seamlessly transitioning from one to another, fostering flexibility, strength and balance. Modifications and options are offered to create an inclusive and invigorating environment. Heated class. Temperature kept between 90-95 degrees.
