A vinyasa yoga class welcomes students of various experience levels from beginner to advanced, offering a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Students engage in a series of postures, seamlessly transitioning from one to another, fostering flexibility, strength and balance. Modifications and options are offered to create an inclusive and invigorating environment. Non-heated. Temperature kept between 72-76 degrees.
