We are glad you are here!
Flex Yoga is a Power Vinyasa Studio and Yoga School offering Yoga,
Barre, Fitness, and Aerial for every level. We have highly
qualified, trained instructors to help guide you through your
practice at every level. We offer a wide variety of classes to suit
your needs and you can find many dynamic workshops and trainings on
our schedule as well.
We are located at 151
South Market Street, in the same building as Meatheads Union and
Sure House Coffee. We are on the second floor and our main studio
room is filled with natural light and plenty of space. Our is on
the side of the building adjacent to the Apple Creek Bank parking
lot.
​Plenty of street parking is available, along
with downtown public parking
lots, including a nearby lot between Wooster Appliance and St.
Paul Hotel. When Apple Creek Bank is closed, you may also park in
the lot right outside of the studio.
