About the Class

***Heated class.   The use of heat increases your flexibility allowing you to move through your practice more freely. Heated environments increase your pulse rate and metabolism and coupled with the vinyasa style postures creates an ideal environment for detoxification of the body as well as increased blood flow to the limbs. Faster paced sequences with advanced postures may show up, modifications will be offered. Some yoga experience recommended. Be sure to bring lots of water to stay hydrated throughout the practice.
