Welcome to Oklahoma Yoga! Our family-owned and operated studio
takes a holistic approach to health and healing. As Chickasha’s
first full-service yoga studio, we are excited, thrilled, and
honored to serve beautiful Grady County!
Our vision is to help people find peace on the mat and in the
world. We believe that good yoga is safe yoga, and yoga is for
everybody and every BODY.

The owners of Oklahoma Yoga, DeeDee and Michael McCormick, have
a long and loving history with Chickasha. As alums of
the University of Science & Arts of
Oklahoma, Chickasha was their first home away from home. This
is where they met, took classes together, performed in plays and
musicals, learned the arts of interdisciplinary studies, and fell
in love! Needless to say, the University and the town of Chickasha
have a special place in their hearts.
Peace on the Mat:
Chickasha embodies the spirit of unity, acceptance, and
celebration of culture and history. Because of this, we designed a
safe and supportive space where individuals of all backgrounds,
orientations, and identities can come together and find peace.
Peace in the World:
Oklahoma Yoga believes in supporting, collaborating, and
celebrating with other local businesses, fostering a strong sense
of community and partnership. By uniting efforts, we can strengthen
our local economy, extend the reach of our vision, and amplify the
positive impact we create together.
