About the Class

Are you ready for a challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles? Show up for this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is a low-impact, safe practice for all fitness levels of students.  Each workout will strengthen your abs, glutes, and legs, with some cardio blast in between. You are in charge of your intensity as the instructor offers options for most exercises. This class is heated to about 95deg- Be prepared to sweat!  **Mats are required for this class.  Please arrive 15 minutes before class time.  Doors will be locked at class time.
