A deeply nourishing one-on-one session! Pranassage is a restorative, creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep states of relaxation in the receiver. In a Pranassage session, the practitioner will assist you in a series of restorative yoga postures while you, the client, maintain a state of effortless, relaxed, full body awareness. Guided meditations and pranayama (breath techniques) may be offered to further explore the mind-body connection. Similar to Thai massage modalities, sessions are performed clothed and on a comfortable, cushioned floor mat while various degrees of pressure, movement, and assisted stretches are applied. Loose, comfortable yoga clothing is recommended. For your comfort, refrain from hard buckles, zippers, and belts.
