A little something for everyone. Vinyasa All-Levels moves at an intermediate pace with plenty of modifications to tone the practice down or turn the intensity up to meet your practice needs that day. This class is intended to include yogis of varied athleticism, knowledge of asanas (postures), and experience with yogic philosophy and meditation practices. It is expected that every yogi will modify their practice as needed and join in full support of a non-competitive environment for all. This may not be the most enjoyable class for brand-new beginners who are working with injuries/chronic pain.
