

Are you new to yoga? Or have you been around the mat and looking for a review of the basics? Or is your body just craving a slower paced movement session today? This class is for you. You may expect meditation and breath work. You may also expect alignment-centric, calm movement honoring the inherent, natural wisdom of the body; along with energized, strong stillness that maximizes the freedom of your breath.
