Yoga therapy is therapeutic yoga that views each person as multi-dimensional beings that includes your mind, breath, body, emotions and lifestyle.  It takes a holistic approach to well-being and integrates physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual interventions to promote healing on every level.   Yoga therapy is a complementary healthcare modality and utilizes all the tools of yoga including movement, breath, sound, Ayurveda, and lifestyle “medicine” designed for the individual.  It can be applied to manage an array of ailments including depression and anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, common aches and pain, cancer, autoimmune dysfunction, the aging body, and so much more.     Our therapists draw on the principles of yoga and the full range of yogic practices and assessments.  They will work with you to develop and implement a self-empowering, therapeutic plan appropriate for your needs and oriented around prevention and health promotion.  They will provide you with articles and education about yoga therapy and your condition and/or needs, yogic lifestyle and dietary advice (that falls within the yogic framework).        1hr for $100
