Grow Strong is a traditional Hatha Yoga class. “Hatha” can be used as a general term used to describe the physical practices of yoga involving postures and breath. In our Hatha classes, we practice and refine traditional yoga poses, taking the time to approach each pose mindfully and to use props and modifications to fit the poses to the individual and changing state of our bodies. By attuning our focus and seeking the right level of challenge, we build strength, become flexible, and discover the calm of our inner selves. This class is accessible for beginners and challenging for all levels of yoga experience.
