

Hatha + Restorative Mindful movement meets deep rest. This 75-minute class combines the grounding, breath-focused movement of Hatha with the deeply restful experience of Restorative Yoga. You’ll begin with about 50 minutes of slow, accessible Hatha postures to gently build strength, increase mobility, and cultivate awareness. The final 25 minutes invite you to fully relax in supported, restful shapes using bolsters, blankets, and other props to soothe the body and calm the nervous system. This class offers a thoughtful balance of movement and stillness and is accessible to all levels. Great for: Anyone seeking a slower-paced class that blends gentle strengthening with deep rest and recovery.
